Right for you if: you know what you need, you can leave your computer at our service centre and you do not need ongoing support.

Terms: the work is done at our service centre. Price and turnaround are confirmed after diagnostics, which takes 1 to 3 business days for software issues and 3 to 5 business days for hardware issues. Payment by bank transfer.

Consulting and support

Right for you if: you need general advice, remote help or regular support.

Examples: which program do I need for a task, I need someone to explain how to work with my computer, I need remote help, I need Windows reinstalled together with data backup and extra settings.

Terms: work is done on an agreed day and time and billed per started hour at 50 € excl. VAT during business hours. Payment by bank transfer.

We return the device and explain the work done. We give a warranty on every service.
